A Caring Touch of McLean County, Inc. opened its doors in February 1992 to help fill a void in the McLean County community. Many people, primarily senior citizens, needed assistance in leading comfortable lives in their own homes. Their children, a "Sandwich Generation" overwhelmed by the life concerns of both their children and parents, needed a place to turn for help. They found this help in A Caring Touch and the small agency began to blossom. Our office, staffed by members of the local community, provides that special insight which is sometimes difficult for a nationwide company to grasp.

Over the past 20 years, A Caring Touch has grown from two office staff and a handful of companion/homemakers and CNAs, to a company with over sixty people. With increasing need each year, A Caring Touch continues to provide personal hometown service.
